Cheap and efficient. Im using them as part of a project to seal up any draft points in a poorly insulated home. They do seem hit or miss as far as the snugness of the fit, even within the same pack. I have had a few that i can just pop out with little effort at all, and then others where I have had to fetch something to wedge behind the plug to pry it off. For my purposes, this was a great deal. If your purpose is truly child-proofing, however, either be prepared for a few duds in your package or look at a bit higher quality product.

I needed a bunch of outlet plugs since my little one was going through a phase where he would want to stick his finger into the sockets. I started to get worried especially around the plugs that are in his little play area in the living room. I purchased these since they were reasonably priced and there was a lot, (definitely more than I needed). They are simple outlet plugs, nothing fancy but what I like about them is that they do take a reasonably amount of force to pull the plug out. They sit flush to the outlet, so I have to use my nails to create a gap where I can then use my fingers to pry the plug out. My little one tried at one point to pull the plug out but since it requires a lot of force, he was unsuccessful and moved on. He doesnt even bother with them any more (I guess assuming it is something that cannot be pulled out). Great to not only protect him from getting into the outlets but also, I dont want him taking the plug out and putting it in his mount (choking hazard). Would recommend to any parent.

I use these to cover any open, unused outlets on outdoor light strings. Other outlet covers have a bow-shaped cover, which can hold water. These are flat to keep the water out.

Clear. Easy to use. My daughter is 10 months and started crawling a few months ago so shes touching everything. They work great for now & she hasnt been able to remove them. I do wish they came in a resealable bag. Because I didnt use all of them I had to put them in a zip lock bag

My daughter is 8 months old and very active and getting into everything. She recently noticed the outlet on the wall and became obsessed with it so I knew it was time to cover those bad boys up. There is nothing overly special about these outlet covers, they are very basic. I do like that they are clear and they are difficult to get out. I mean if they were easy they wouldnt be doing their job. I have found if I use the prong from the vacuum I can get it out easier. I will keep my post updated as she gets older and her dexterity and strength improve and she can start removing them.

Inexpensive and they worked for us. Some babies/toddlers figure them out and try to olay with them, but ours hasnt. I would recommend them for when traveling and for outlets you rarely use. For outlets you use a lot, I would get a switch plate with spring-loaded doors that close over the outlets. It is annoying to have to yank these guys in and out of outlets all the time, and it defeats the purpose if you forget to put them back in (or your toddler unplugs stuff).

My 23 month old grandson was really stressing his mother, due to the fact that he could remove the child safety outlet plugs. He would take them out and stick them in his mouth. The problem was that he would do this during the time she was nursing the three month old brother. She tried everything she could think of to keep him from doing this. So, I went on-line and searched for difficult to remove outlet plug. I read the reviews about Mommys Helper Outlet Plugs. Most said it was difficult for even adults to remove these. I purchased a box of these for her. She replaced the plugs she had with these. They work!!! He can not remove them! At least now she can have peace of mind that she wont have to make an emergency trip to the ER.

I bought these because my dog likes to lick the walls sometimes, and I was worried she might stick her tongue in an outlet. No complaints.

These are worth the price. I never understood why these are so overpriced but these are amazing. A toddler can definitely not get these out and they come in a great quantity. Moms do yourself a favor and get this, don’t spend extra money if not need too.

I had debated purchasing these over the more pricier and fancier ones, but opted to try the Mommys Helper Outlet Plugs for the cost and number of plugs included. Overall, good quality for the cost and Ive not had any issues with fitment. Ive read other reviews that said these were too loose, Im thinking their outlets may be work out or they got a bad batch. mommys Helper Outlet Plugs has deterred my son from touching the outlets after he failed to remove the plug. Im hoping he has learned and will continue to leave the outlets alone. We shall see...
