MOVA Globe Metallic Black and Silver 4.5

Just received the globe today. I have never seen one in person before, only online. Its pretty cool to see it spin, fun to watch. There are two things I want to point out I wasnt aware of before purchasing: 1) Mova officially allows the hemispheres to be misaligned by 3mm (~1/8 inch). In my opinion, this isnt the level of quality I expected for the price. 2) If a light source is behind the globe, you can see the transparency. This isnt as big an issue, because I dont expect a light source to be behind it in its final location. Hope this helps others. I still like the globe, just hope I dont get too fixated on that misalignment.

This is a beautiful Globe, however I am disappointed that unless there is direct light right on it, it will not rotate. I believe this may be a faulty globe..... I have seen several of these that rotate wonderfully without direct light right on it...

I love everything about this purchase. Packaging was first class and the globe is breath taking. It is the size of a grapefruit and I believe it is glass. They crystal base is sturdy. This is the perfect gift for someone who has everything or is into history or travel. Great purchase.

I had seen this at the office of one of my friends and it looked really cool. But, when I ordered the two and they arrived boy was I pleased. One was for a gift, the other one was for myself and am I glad I did that. It id quite a show piece.

This thing is phenomenal. Most people assume its magic; tough to disprove 100%. Either way it looks awesome on my bar and constantly gets compliments.

Beautiful gift. The globe moves gradually with ambient light. It’s important to make sure it is placed correctly, but beautiful piece of art and gift.
