Nanit worked great for 6 months and now we are having issues with it. I contacted customer service and they are awful. They tell me the same 3 troubleshooting steps that I already did over and over again and blame everything but the nanit. If the product works, great, if it doesnt, good luck getting any help.

I am so happy someone told me about this product! As I was having trouble sleeping with my last baby and knew I would again with this baby as I was scared of them having low oxygen but this has helped so much!

We got this camera for our son and I love it. The app is really interesting, I didn’t know so much information was available until I played around with it. Easy to install, really good picture quality. We didn’t use the included belly band because he outgrew it but we did purchase a sleep onesie and it works well and is warm and cozy for him.
