Greater than one weekUpon Dr Gregers recommendation, my family takes weekly cyanocobalamin. My kids are younger, and it was impossible to find low dosage B12 vitamin for them. Nature Made B12 500mcg was the lowest I could ever find. This is recommended once a week, until the age of 15. Then they will switch to larger pills.
