Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

After gastric surgery, I take a lot of supplements. These ones are unfortunately the worst of the bunch. I loath taking them. They start to crumble in the mouth as soon as they encounter water - which is pretty gross. I wont be buying this brand again.

My wife likes just a 500 mcg size and this one fits the bell. It has no aftertaste like some of the other brands and is not as large

We trust Nature Made so when B12 was needed we turned again to the company we trust.

U supplement with B12 because I do not eat meat.

I dont feel hungry often unlike before. Better than what i expected. My mind is clear too, no heavy feelings and i dont think too much.

These are fine but I prefer the sublingual melt that I usually take. Will probably not buy these again but they are ok.

Easy to take perfect size.
