> 3 dayNeed B12 per blood test results. Hard to find these 500 mcg tabs in stores. Most in store are 1,000 mcg or more. Wish Nature Made had 250 mcg size or smaller as 500 is already 20,833% daily value. Why do we need so much more than the recommended daily value?

> 3 dayVitamin is a good supplement but these pill give off a powder which can cause you to choak if youre not careful coated tabs or soft gels are better if they come that way

> 3 dayThe pill is not meant to be a chewable, but the darn thing melts quickly in your mouth so good luck not gagging. I was told I am to swallow it like a normal pill, but these are not normal as they are zero coating on them. Makes me wonder if these are like others I have had in the past where you let it dissolve under your tongue.
