After first dose my urine appeared to turn bloody and then dark cloudy

I do not notice any difference from this purchase than my pharmacy ( more expensive).

Finally was able to get my B12 into an acceptable zone thanks to this medicine. Overall, I believe that this pill did a great job but takes a lot of counter space.

Have used this brand of vitamins for years. They are always fresh and do the job.

I should have order a larger mg and will do so in the future

These are fine but I prefer the sublingual melt that I usually take. Will probably not buy these again but they are ok.

When my husband needed to go on Vitamin B12 he was on 1000 mcg. As his bloodwork improved his dr wanted him to go on 500 mcg. Stores carry 1000 mg but 500 mcg are extremely hard to find. So now that I have found them here I have it on subscription. I no longer have to go from store to store to find the smaller dose.

I dont know why but as you age you need extra vitamin B12 since this doesnt seem to be filled by any foods that I normally eat. So I get this supplement and take one pill a day and my blood tests show that this works. Two of these bottles last me for more than a entire year. Too much B12 can be bad for you and I find that this 500mg dose is just fine (for me at least).
