U supplement with B12 because I do not eat meat.

Doctors do not tell diabetics this but….. diabetes medicines deplete B vitamins. My husband has diabetes 2 and it’s well controlled. He started getting sleep apnea and it was related to a vitamin b12 deficiency. As soon as he started taking this vitamin, it went away. He has more energy, sleeps better and overall feels better. I did all this research myself. Google it! It disappoints me that doctors are not addressing this! Very pleased with these vitamins! If you’re diabetic, this vitamin is a must! And …… you cannot overdose on it because your body only uses what it needs and the rest is excreted through urination. Google diabetics and vitamin b -12 deficiency!

i had a blood test that showed i had low, very low, B12 levels in my blood. After taking this product for a month I got retested and now my B12 levels are in the high normal range!

First, Ive always been very happy with the Nature Made brand. I think they do an excellent job of maintaining quality and their prices are usually among the best (although Now Foods beats them on some supplements). As far as this B-12 supplement goes, I started taking it because I was having debilitating lethargy that plagued me nearly every day. By 5:00 pm, I was worn out completely, even on low stress days. I was also having problems with my moods, to the point where I was almost considering antidepressants. I started taking a mixture of supplements, among which is this B-12 every morning, and after a month I am noticing an enormous difference. I feel so much better and so much more energy, which then enables me to be active and to spend more time cooking (thus cooking healthier meals), and that, in turn, makes me feel even better.

Ive been using this brand of Vitamin B12 for a long time and they always help me with energy and keep me more level in my emotions while making me feel more optimistic. Vitamin B12 is an excellent thing to take on a daily basis and I have recommended it to several friend that fight with depression and low energy and they all say it has helped them a lot. Consider buying a sublingual version of these also because some peoples stomachs do not absorb Vitamin B as well as others, the sublingual is supposed to go directly to your blood.
