This is to help with my bones very easy to swallow and the price is good

Before treatment for cancer, Vitamin D level was low. Was given an RX for a high dose vitamin D. After that I maintain it with 2000 units daily. Oncologist said most of his patients have low Vitamin D levels. I like the capsules better than tablets and this brand has USP approval.

The pills are small and easy to take, you have to watch them if your taking them with other meds. They seem to jump from hand on occasion.

Easy to swallow, but so small have to be careful not to drop any whilst dispensing out of container
