Easy to swallow, does what its supposed to. My Vit D level remain withih noemal limits, it had been very low before.

Easily absorbed and helped my low levels of vitamin D3 turnaround so that I am in a low normal level now. My physician is pleased with the results.

TMI, if you want to keep reading: Scientists have proven that skin color is directly related to how much sun our ancestors received, depending on where they lived. In the African continent many people have kinky, nappy, hair probably to allow the sweat to drip easier down the scalp and evaporate quicker. Those in the northern, snowy climates have straighter, thin hair which lays on the scalp, providing added insulation. I am Scandinavian, black, and Native American so I have a lot of thick, dry hair that gets oily at the scalp because I keep it very long. With the vitamin D deficiency, my body probably thinks I now live in a northern climate so I dont need as much of this dry hair. So now I take vitamin D and, voila, the amount I loose in the shower is reduced significantly.

What can I say - Its a vitamin.

Health is important so I chose this product. Read all the information and I was impressed. I like this product and I recommend Nature Made.
