Great product great company just stupidly slow shipping speed

My wife works for the Cleveland clinic, were on their health care plan which makes them the most invasive company on earth. They literally want to know everything about your life, personal life, habits, etc... Or no insurance for you! So this past year my doctor told me that my Labs show that I have a vitamin d deficiency. Personally I think this is hoodoo but what the hell. I went to Amazon, found this product, and bought it. I dont know if it actually does anything but I can tell you that my labs on my follow-up appointment were normal. They said that vitamin d deficiency is extremely normal when living in the Northeast because of the winters. Im not about to go cook myself in a tanning bed, so you have to take something like this if youre worried about it. Im not, the Cleveland clinic. Gestapo is. All joking aside, if you need a supplement, this company is a good respectable one and if you buy it here on Amazon youll save some money. Theyre pretty much the same everywhere you go but avoid places like Target because theyre really expensive

Ive been using Nature Mades vitamin D3 for years and it has been very effective at getting my blood level of vitamin D into the normal range. Its a very good product. The issue is that the gel capsules melt together and solidify into a rubbery brick if the bottle is exposed to heat. When I ordered a bottle of these vitamins in March, everything was fine. They arrived in good condition. But, when I ordered them again in September they arrived melted and completely useless and smelling very bad. I dont know when the heat exposure occurred...if it was because the package sat in the sun on my stoop for about an hour, or if it was from improper storage before shipping. The rancid and decomposing smell makes me think it happened before shipping. I would highly recommend this product under normal circumstances, but be very wary of ordering them during the hot months. They are not eligible for return, but you can contact customer service to get a refund. Which is what I did for the second bottle with the melted & smelly conglomeration inside.

Didnt realize how deficient I was in vitamin D til I did some research. 56 years old and dont gey enough. These provide me 1 a day with energy and focus that I need for my job. Good stuff.
