This is a decent backup umbrella. While it auto opens and closes the mechanism doesn’t feel as sturdy as other umbrellas I have. It does repel water as claimed but I wonder how long that will last. It doesn’t stand up to wind that well either.

The item came with one of the arms bent. This was a gift for my daughter and the quality wasn’t even close to the totes umbrella I currently have. Tried to return it but by the time I was able to get it back and return it the 30 day deadline had passed by two days. I will definitely buy out of the store next time.

I have no intention of using this umbrella to avoid the sun, but when it rains, its perfect, I dont think even with its wonderful fabric it will completely stop drips from falling unto the floor, but its an improvement from all of the other umbrellas that I own.

The Totes Womens Sunguard One-Touch Auto Open Umbrella is a handy addition to my wife’s carry-on bag. The outside of the umbrella is coated with Neverwet, that sheds water very well but does not add noticeable weight. The 41 inch diameter canopy has good protection even in the afternoon downpours we have here in South Carolina. It also blocks harmful UV rays and does not transmit a lot of heat when used as a sunshade. The Gradiated Stripe design is nice looking with repeating patterns of color stripes.

This colorful umbrella opens up to 41 when extended. The one-push button works well. The velcro strap that wraps around to keep the umbrella closed is wide, which makes it easier to put together. I like this feature!

Super cute. Super stylish. Lightweight. Compact. Easy to open and close. The handle feels good in your hand. Ive been using it for 3 days of rainy weather with no problems. Totes makes a great umbrella that you can trust and depend on...great price point too. Recommend!
