My part arrived on time and I was able to complete my project with the problem.

This is not an original product. It came in unmarked packaging. It did not have any of the packaging, markings or labeling of the original product I was attempting to replace. Do not buy! And it DID NOT work!!! Returned it for a refund within 15 min of installing it. The cable splitter didnt even fully connect properly.

The product that I received was the right product. It was what the security company said that I needed, but they didnt tell me that it wasnt compatible with the system that I have. Lets put it another way. It fit like it should, but because of it being an older system it would not work with what I had.

It worked great for 6 months and I’m having the same issues again. Cameras are cutting in and out.
