Needed these to hook up our alarm system. They work perfectly.

For some reason it does not work. I know it is The new plug that I got from y’all. I do have another one that is working and I did check out the cameras on that plug and it is working. The new plug that I got from y’all is not working.

UPDATE: good customer service. Refunded and Ill order another one. I bumped it to 3 stars for that. Needed these power splitters to connect my cameras. I lost the original. At first they worked ok, not a solid connection but once it was set it was fine. Lately I notice distortion in cameras. Once I started messing with the power cables trying to get a solid connection, all the cams started cutting in and out. Now that I at least have them all showing a picture, most of the cams quality is very grainy and terrible. Ill see if I can exchange or return, but probably too late. Problems started 2 weeks in.

My Lorex camera system stopped showing the footage so I called customer support. After 20 minutes or so of troubleshooting the system the representative suggested I needed a new power adapter so I typed in the adapters model # that came with it & this brand came up so I bought it. 3 days latter it was delivered & it did fit my cameras & it also worked.
