I thought hed use it for a bath but he uses it, instead, s a litter box. but that just makes it easier to clean.

My hamster loves it. She likes having the little cover to feel more protected. Definitely, I must-have for all hamster owners.

Its a good size for my female Syrian and has a good depth. As a plus, it looks really nice. It is bigger than you think though, so make sure you measure beforehand.

I am using this for my Rodo hamster I love it I used to have a problem that all the sand would get all over the cage but not with this sand bath all the sand stays in side and I LOVE IT

After months of not being in stock and finally snagging one, the acrylic arrived broken...

Our hammy loves this sand bath. We have a Syrian and it’s a perfect size. He loves to play around in it. It’s great because he can hide on the covered side but we can still see him because it’s clear. We set his food and water on top of the lid and it’s sturdy and hasn’t been knocked over. Excellent addition to his huge bin cage and I highly recommend.

Since Bilbo the Syrian has thankfully moved his nest from under his Niteangel wheel stand into the Niteangel 6-room large hideout, this is a great box for a potty area. It fits nicely in the bottom left corner (his nest seems to be in the top left corner although he did a lot of burrowing recently so not sure how far down he is). I do make the bedding a bit lower underneath the box to allow him to get in and out easily. I put sand and some litter in there and he has been using it to pee in which makes it easy to pull out and clean on a weekly basis. It has the added benefit of stopping the pee soaking into the wood (I did paint the inside of the hideout with clear PlastiKote to help allay that problem). I just got a second one so I can pull the used one out and stick a fresh one in quickly to minimize the trauma of having the roof of his home yanked off!

I had heard great things about niteangel products via reviews and YouTube and thought I’d give it a try. We are upgrading our hamster houses so needed to fill the space up with new dig boxes. These will do amazing. They are super sturdy and well made. So excited to add it to their new habitats.

This is the perfect size for my Syrian hamster. Going to use it to put coconut dirt in for his “bath” with a bridge into it. Great quality too. (Looks like glass but is nice thick plastic)

I ordered this for my hamster as he use to get his sand in the middle of the cage and I would make a circle with the apple stick bridges like an arena for him but he always made a gigantic mess. I finally ordered this after trying bowls and he will still dig and make a huge mess. I like that it’s enclosed with the top and he digs it won’t fly everywhere. He is a bit chunky and large and has a hard time getting in, he sometimes digs deep enough to make himself fit. Or i reduce the amount of sand but he likes to dig and when I do he gets to the bottom and uses the bathroom and it’s harder to clean. But it’s better than my old way! I recommend.
