11-06-2025Ive had these fans for 2 months now and it is true that Noctua honestly has the highest quality fans on the market. I bought 2 of these and use them as front intake fans in my NZXT Source 530 and all my temps are soo good.

Greater than one weekThese fans really live up to the hype honestly. You can feel them push more air compared to a stock fan just by putting your hand in front of it, and I frequently have to check to make sure theyre still running because I cant even hear them, seriously!

> 3 dayJune 2017 Update: I purchased my initial set in late 2013 when this review was posted. It is now smack dab in the middle of 2017 and these are still going strong. Whenever I take them out of my case for a dust cleaning I always spin each fan manually and put it to my ear. I have yet to hear anything from them. No gritty sound nor any change in how they feel in rotation.

> 3 dayThe stock fans that came with my Air-540 were great. Moved tons of air and kept everything nice and cool. But it sounded like a 747 taking off every time I turned it on. After installing the new Noctua fans I could immediately notice the difference. Now the mechanical HDDs are the loudest thing in the case.

> 3 dayThis is a must own fan for people who water cool their components due to the static pressure of the fans. I wouldnt recommend spending this much money on just a case fan, but for a radiator fan this is the fan to beat.
