15-04-2025I wanted to love these. Seem well made, nice sleek black color, and Noctua name right? Id been a Noctua Redux lover but had some extra money and wanted to upgrade to Chromax. This fan sounds like a biplane when between 1000-1400 rpms. I have 3 standard lian li case fans from the 011 air mini (2x140 intake, 1x120 exhaust) that combined dont make a fraction of the noise. My redux cpu cooler is still quieter until it hits above 1500 rpms and thats going through heat pipes. Am I missing something? Bad bearings? or is this simply poor wing design?

> 3 dayI was very pleased with this fan! This is not the first Noctua product that I personally use. I set the optimal rpm to 900, with good air flow and no noise. I advise you to take a closer look at the manufacturer Noctua, which produces high-quality cooling systems for pc and cooling accessories

> 3 dayI put 4 of these fans in my new build in order to achieve that nice PWM fan curve. When my system isnt under any load or I am just on chrome or discord, whisper quiet, dont even hear my computer. When they need to ramp up though they cool my system very well under load. The high price tag is worth it in my opinion since they come with that classic Noctua quality and a 6 year warranty!
