Noctua NF-S12A FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (120mm, Brown)

Supa-quiet.

Ive been having moments where the Cooler Master fans in my case were making some more noise than usual at times, and it concerned me that they needed replacement.Plus, those fans were a pain in the neck to have to install in the first place, having to carefully screw them in in steps to ensure the screws didnt strip while making a path for them to install into the fans plastic and into the case to hold them securely. The screw metals were cheap.

Really moves the air and is quiet as a feather. I have bought two more for a new computer build for my wife.

This Noctua fan lives up to expectations. It is almost silent at full speed and if adjusted to a lower speed it still puts off plenty of air. I currently have 6 of these installed running about 3/4 speed and all I can hear is my water pump.

Silent. Silent. Silent. Got to have silence when it comes to case fans. Replaced my exhaust fan with one of these and its great. Hate the color scheme but oh well. Bought this before I knew about gentle typhoons, Both work just as good. Giving 3 stars just because its ugly as hell.

Its really tough to go wrong with Noctua. They cost more up-front but its worth it since other brands will fail and need to be replaced, costing more in the long-run. I would say other brands need to be replaced sooner but Ive never had a Noctua fan quit working.

Super quiet fans. I wanted to rackmount my gaming computer but the fans that came with the case were not designed to have somebody nearby. These were the perfect upgrade. They are a little ugly so it wouldnt be so good in a rgb build but if you want performance and quiet, these are great.

Got a 4000D Case for airflow and already had 2 of these fans when I upgraded and they are less than half as noisy as the ones from Corsair

I am using four of these fans in a Corsair 540 case, and the fans run completely silent! The mounting can be a little bit difficult at times, but the overall a great fan design. Airflow is excellent, oh and I didnt notice any issues with the high pitched noise other reviews mention.
