> 24 hourThe Noctua quality is definitely noticeable in their black fans, and I would recommend this one without hesitation. Its incredibly smooth and quiet at any speed, and definitely a higher build quality than any of my LED fans. Keep in mind that it only comes with 4 of each of the colored rubber isolating bumpers, so there are only enough to color coordinate one side. Its not a big deal, you just use the black ones on the side thats mounted against the case/frame and place the colored blocks on the side that is clearly visible. I used the white blocks, and it looks like a high-quality factory installation in my white InWin 303 case.

These are directly controlled by the ASUS motherboard, and can run at very low speed when the system isnt under load.
