> 3 dayI’ve always been a big fan (no pun intended) of Noctua. Even if they’re not necessary, I like having high quality, low noise fans maintaining airflow in the case and through my cpu cooler. I loved the original NF-S12A PWM, it had everything you could want. High quality build, rubber anti-vibration mounts, sleek waxed wiring with extensions, y-splitters, and even a low noise adapter. I was in heaven. Until I got a windowed case.

> 3 dayThese run completely silent in my bedroom at idle and max speed; they’re really dang good fans. I’d recommend these as a rear exhaust, though in my setup I also have 3 for intake. The quality of everything, from the packaging to the bearings, is unbelievably good for the price. Absolute must have!

> 3 dayNF-S12A has very unbalanced charateristic. This fan can make decent amount of air flow, but very weak air pressure. That means this fan is not suitable for envrionment with obstacles. Air flow of this fan is greatly weakened passing obstacles like radiator, heatsink, filter, and even mesh of PC case.

> 3 dayRan two Chromax NF-A14 PWM fans as intake and one Chromax NF-S12A PWM for exhaust. Temperature drops across the entire system and pleasant acoustics achieved!

> 3 dayThis fan is awesome. Moves the same amount of air as the stock Phanteks 120mm case fans from the P400 at a fraction of the noise level. At full speed they’re extremely quiet. Definitely will be picking up some more of these.

Greater than one weekQuiet to airflow ratio is as good as it gets. Just compare its specs and its easy to see. This is the best fan option available. db to cfm is amazing even compared to other noctua fans.

Greater than one weekI have quite a collection of fans, Gentle Typoon AP-13&15, Panaflo Ultra High, Noctua iPPC 2000, EK Vardar, Sycthe Kaze. I honestly thought by the hype and decibel rating these fans would be inaudible at full speed but you will hear them for sure, they move air as advertised, theyre high flow case fans and for sure theyre quieter than high pressure fans, overall Im quite happy. I have them driven at 60% when the PC is mostly idle and ramp up during gaming, at 60% theyre silent and still moving good air. overall i do highly reccomend them, but remember these are NOT for radiators.

> 3 dayThe intake fan on the floor of my case seemed loud to me compared to the other 6 fans. Hearing that Noctua was quiet and a premium fan I decided to try it out. Well it worked just like advertised. Quiet operation with great airflow. Easy to install especially that they included the pwm extension. Loved the matte black with red rubber bumpers. Dropped the decibel for sure. Well worth the money.
