Greater than one weekI received a fan that was already used by the looks of it. All 4 screws have wear on the threads and heads, and the fan itself has wear on only one side where the screws were used to mount. Totally lame that I was sold a used fan as I am building a brand new gaming pc and was excited to give noctua brand a try.

> 3 dayThis was used to replace an original case fan that came with the case, Silverstone, which was already pretty silent but I thought Noctua would be even better... unfortunately this is not the outcome. It is noticeably louder in the room which is also a bedroom so it is adding noise that wasnt a problem before. Not sure yet if I will go back to the old fan or not but I did buy a second case fan from Noctua that I may end up cancelling as a result of this experience.

> 3 dayThese are the best fans you can get by far. It’s like buying a German car, They are just built differently and engineered better. Now that they are made in black and not the old brown color, this is a no brainer! They move a lot of air and are super quiet. This is the one to get if you want to pull air out of a Case. If you can fit them, just get the 140mm ones for the front, back and top! They are perfect for static pressure and moving air.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace the exhaust fan in my computer. Does the job rather well. I have this thing running around 50% and 60% speed and I cant even hear it. For the price, they should be throwing in enough colored vibration pads to have both sides be the same color, but thats really the only con. Buy this fan if you can afford it.

> 3 dayThis is an excellent fan, and its *really* quiet! However... the cable is ridiculously short. Unless youre plugging this in just a few inches from your mount point, you will definitely need to buy some cable extensions.

> 3 dayI have mine full blast and cant hear a thing. My front I take are set to 1000 RPM and definitely hear then going. Super quality for sure. I saw one review complaining that his only had one color of each of the antivibration pads I almost thought the same until I saw a white little box hidden under the fand mold.

> 3 dayHave been using Noctua fan/product for more than 10 years, I’m spoiled. If you need to move air and noise is a problem, nothing beats this fan. Add the low noise cable and you have to put your ears next to the fan to hear it (spec says 10db) It still moves good amount of air. The fan doesn’t do good static pressure though, not a radiator applicator.
