> 3 dayBest cooler I have ever owned. I was bored with my current build as I have not done anything with it in a while so i swapped my Hyper 212 Evo for this. It is definitely an upgrade. I did some pretty thorough testing and was able to get about a 10* drop in temps. I am currently using an overclocked AMD 8350 (4.5 GHz) and while gaming I got temp readings between 25*C-45*C. While doing a Prime 95 torture test I did not see my CPU go over 53*C. It is also noticeably quieter then the Hyper 212 Evo (measured about 6dB quieter). I will be swapping my case fans for Noctua fans.

> 3 dayGoing on five years now, my NH-D15 has been keeping my CPU nice and cool. Its dead reliable, and uses fewer moving parts than a water cooler; plus, theres never the risk of leakage with an air cooler. I recommend using this with a backplated motherboard, as its very heavy and can bend the PCB. If using without a backplate, you should be fine, but may need to re-seat the cooler onto the CPU after moving your desktop around. Never under normal use has it detached.

> 3 dayto start off with, i play games, i am not a tech geek wanting insane overclocking with max performance or anything of that sort. I just want to be able to play games without my comp processor hitting 60 degrees, which unfortunately happens from time to time since my pc is like 6 years old and i lived in a hot and humid country with temps around 32 degrees.

Greater than one weekThis is a tough one to recommend. I put this fan in a case that probably shouldnt have taken it. It does JUST fit into a Corsair Carbide Series 200R and I have to say that I regret putting it in there because the next time I need to change something like the RAM Im going to need to remove almost all the internals to get in there (motherboard and all).

Greater than one weekSeriously, does what it needs to do (cool CPU, in my case a 3900x, and cools it well -- max temps stress testing +40C over ambient. Air cooler, so minimal issues with loss of a fan. The Noctua fans are nice and quiet, even under load.

> 3 daybefore I had this, my CPU i5 2500K when overclocked at 4.4 Mhz , the temperature was somewhere around 86 C. Now it never goes above 70 C.
