Hope to never need but as the saying goes, its better to have and not need than to need and not have.

Received only one item when advertised as pack of two. Renders the purchase pointless, since the product is intended to be used in sets of two for entrance and exit wounds.

Great addition to a serious first aid kit. I believe in having a bag with medical supplies next to whatever you plan on using to defend your home. God forbid but if someone enters your home and shoots or stabs a family member and you must call 911. The ambulance will stay down the street until the police deem the scene safe and clear. In which case you could be left watching a loved one bleeding out waiting for help. I strongly suggest a kit with a tourniquet, quick clot, and one of the most important things in my opinion is this vent chest seal. You could buy a loved one some very precious time. And this is just one scenario!

A must have for a field trauma kit.
