I don’t know how I can rate something that I hope to never have to actually use. Anyway, I’ll give it five stars for the design and the clear and concise instructions on the package.

These chest seals are very good for the price, them being fairly small they fit easily in an IFAK and the vents help get blood away from the wound, buying time for first responders. North American Rescues products are some of the best medical products on the market.

If someone has a deep chest wound you will wish you had one of these! Always carry 2 in your medical kit, dont forget to look for the exit hole.... these are SUPER-sticky (so they will work), be prepared to loose some hair (or ruin a shirt) if you use one for practice. These are a must have for sucking chest would treatment, sure you can make a 3 sided seal with some plastic and tape, but these are fast, easy and work great!

This item is a good value for money and well packaged. I have not used it, so I cant speak to performance. I would purchase again.
