> 3 dayI have not used this product yet but did see it in a first aid class for active shooter and it look like it works really well. That why I purchased this one. To stock my first aid bag for a mass incident response.

16-04-2025Whether now or in the past, its always a good idea to have these on hand if you work in a field where the chances of shootings, stabbings or explosives are higher.

> 3 dayWE used to teach Sucking Chest Wounds and we were to open the cardboard box to get to the battle dressing, then it was in a foil wrapper that you slit open and placed the sterile side down on the wound. The foil had the ability to be formed, we then placed the dressing over the foil and tied it down as tightly as possible and even added triangular bandages for extra pressure and dressing security. Then they quit using foil and started using plastic. Plastic does not form or seal as well, so our Battalion Surgeon had us carry petroleum gauze and miracle of miracles that was better than foil. 52 years later I found these. I have not and hope I do not have an opportunity to use them, but I have read the instructions and description and I am satisfied that this is at least three leapfrogs of technology nd I am thankful to have them. It is important to note that it is a twin pack. Often the victim will have a entry and a exit wound, that would need both packs, one for each hole.
