Excellent items but hope I never have to use it. Great to have in IFAK or any first aid kit.

From opening one they seem very adhesive and seem like would do job.. I have never had to use one, I hope never have to.. seems a good addition to car med kit though.. I hope never to have to use one, but better ready with one than not..

With whats going on in todays world, something like this could save someones life. I doubt many people even know what these are but they really should. IMO a very important piece to have in your kit. The only issue is that these make it difficult to build a small trauma kit, I basically built my little pack around these guys as they were the biggest item. I went with a chinook operators pouch and they fit perfectly inside along with the rest of my items.
