Broke after 4 years. I ordered the extra 4 year warrantee from All-State. Still figuring out how to navigate it

This is a nicely constructed, very light bag that smells *horrible*. When I first unpacked the bag a week ago I checked the plastic and box for burn damage because the bag had such a horrible harsh chemical smell. I have let the case sit open since and it still reeks. It is a shame that the case is basically unusable because it is super light weight, easy to roll and it has very high quality zippers. I will update this review in a week or two if the smell clears but be aware you do not want to buy this if you need to use it right away.

I had my weekly clothes for my trip ready to pack so I tried to fill the largest piece & was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t fit in all of my clothing. No problem filling my old soft sided piece of luggage, which was the same size as this piece. Returned!

It is a pleasure to use this handy suitcase. It carries a lot in a lightweight container that handles well and show no wear from my travels.

I had a 5 day 4 night trip, managed to fit everything I needed into this carry on. I’m minimalistic though. I would recommend this product for small trips.

Its ok. Not much room inside for a girl going away for a week.
