Especially if youre like me and you go to taste something in the fridge that might be just a little off.... and no matter how many times you tell yourself to spit it out- you dont. Just take two of these and you will not get food poisoning. Also good for those iffy late night junk food runs. Turns your stool black the next day, but you are not on the toilet the whole day. Totally worth it!
