I dont know how I would survive without activated charcoal...especially when traveling. This works great when youve eaten things you shouldnt! Also a great general detoxifier during a cleanse.

My whole family has used this for years. We use it mostly for food poisoning and other stomach problems.

Do you ever eat and afterwards, you get a bit of tummy ache...and youre worrying/wondering whether the food was unsafe or the meat was off? If thats you, these are a MUST have. The activated charcoal will bond with toxic, bad guys and carry them through your system. That feeling usually goes away within 20 minutes of taking the charcoal and unless youve ingested something really serious, it seems to take care of it. Make sure you drink enough water and also, be aware that you might have some black poo, but its just doing its job! We keep some in our medicine cabinet and always take it with when traveling.
