NOW Supplements, L-Lysine (L-Lysine Hydrochloride) 500 mg, Amino Acid, 250 Tablets

Ive taken Lysine everyday for nearly 25 years. Not sure if there is any science behind this, but if I dont take them regularly I tend to get bad canker sores (they hurt!). But if Im consistent in taking lysine, then everything seems to be fine. These are a great supplement and easy to order from Amazon.

I find this a cheap way to stop getting a cold sore if you down these immediately. No reason to buy the expensive tabs when this gets right into your system just double up on the doses when you first start taking them and doing immediately when you feel a cold sore coming on they are great and have used them for years.

I have a tendency to get fever blisters if I get a sneezing spell or a mild fever, almost anything like a cold or a bug of sometime, I usedd to take Lysine when that happened to try and fight those pesky cold sores and fever blisters at bay, I have now started taking one of thesse Lysine daily with my other supplements aand it seems to be helping more then just the taking of them when it a;pears I may be at risk, I am not sure one kind is better thhen the next but these are reasonably priced and easy too swallow, will buy again when I run low, I purchased these from Amazon as I have started buuying all my supplements thru them as it is super convenient and evven with shipping as cheap as regular retailers, I love my Prime membership now and that gets things her fast and no shipping, as well as thier other benefits.

Idk if these worked or the lip clear lysine worked or both together, but I alsohave no reason to believe that they didnt work. To me personally and physically, it SEEMS to have worked for helping clear my herp blemish (which is appparently common, im not alone :^) ) so on that basis, I will recommend it. Simple pill, take it once or multiple times, or once but multiple pills.

Taking these for shingles. Not sure if they’re working but good price for them anyway.

Got this to help with impetigo breakouts. And to crush up and place on the coldsore if it happens again.

Not much to say about them, they are a supplement.

My friend used this to get rid of a cold sore. I used it to help my cats recover from cat flu. The right dosage for my cats was 1/4 of a tablet crushed and mixed with food. Its tasteless so they dont reject it. Easy peasy. Worth every penny. And I am fascinated by a supplement that works for both people and pets. Hm... very interesting.
