Greater than one weekI got this during the pandemic, its suppose to help your lungs. Its hard to give a true review because I didnt take it for more than a month. I believe it works in combination with Vitamin D, Zinc and turmeric as a binding agent.

> 3 dayI deal with a lot of sinus issues and once my allergies start kicking in full gear, itchy throat, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal drip , you name it, even the headaches but that would come if I didn’t get the nasal drip under control. This stuff literally stops all of it when I take it. As soon as I’m sneezing or have runny nose I take a pill and it goes away within 30-40 min. To me that’s pretty fast relief. You may have to wait to take it a few time to notice so that it’s in your system. I take a pill and then later in the day I take another. I’m tall and slim so I try not to take too much of anything at once because usually what’s being instructed on the bottle is too much for me(Call it what you want). I’m not a vegetarian but I did the research and per a veterinarian,You can even give this to your dog in their food. I go by her weight so since she’s about 60lbs I give her a full pill in a day. You can open it up and sprinkle some in their food and mix. I feed two separate servings a day to my dog so I give half the powder in the pill and then later give her the rest of it and mix with a little water in the food to help dissolve but that’s optional. It has helped my dog as well. She gets bad seasonal allergies and itchy/ scabby skin. I truly believe this has helped her this year. She has not had itchy itchy skin as bad and no scabs detected so far. Like I said, I love this stuff. Since I purchased it I have NOT had to take a single allergy pill , maybe just my steroid inhaler but no pills. This is the only one I turn to now. No sinus infections so far since the spring has hit. I’m not a Dr and not a vet but if you asked me, I’d say give it a try. I’m definitely buying more of this when I’m done with the bottle.

> 3 dayThey were a 5-star when I was doing keto and I ordered them. Now into the Carnivore lifestyle. Unfortunately these have Oxalates. I can only take 1/2 the dose so my joints don’t hurt. For Vegans, they’re 100% and NOW is a great company.

> 3 dayI got an ear infection (for the first time in my life) last year. I tried to handle it with peroxide and/or alcohol in the ear, and aspirin to reduce inflammation, but it got worse, so I went to a clinic. The doctor gave me a Rx so I got it filled (expensive little tube of ear drops) and it went away but came back. I thought to myself, No wonder I never go to doctors. See what good that did? So I read up on the internet on holistic type remedies. I am so thankful for you who take the time to leave meaningful comments. As the first reviewer said, this stuff works miracles. I take these and neem capsules plus a garlic pill. Takes care of it every time it recurs. Guess Ill have to be watching for it from now on, but Im convinced it is sinus related and this stuff keeps me from having to take antihistamines. They are discovering that antihistamines affect your memory if you are over 50. I just hate taking meds when herbs and vegetables, etc. (natural remedies) will work. Americans want a quick fix for everything and doctors are all too willing to hand out prescriptions. I personally prefer more old fashioned ways, if possible. Great stuff, these Quercetin with Bromelain. And you cant beat this price. I shopped it to death. So thankful for personal reviews and for Amazon.

11-06-2025I have fibromyalgia, which means that my muscles and joints are very weak and often terribly sore. My knees are particularly troublesome-- after unusual physical exertion (ie. two four-hour retail shifts in a row, featuring walking, extended standing and light lifting) theyll start to give out whenever I put weight on them, leaving me unable to walk for weeks. I have actually changed my entire career over this. On the recommendation of the woman at our local Alternative Market, I now take these pills with some curcumin (thats the main anti-inflammatory in turmeric, but I could probably just have the spice instead if I could stand the taste). Within two days, I no longer felt pain. I could feel weakness in some of my joints, but for the first time in years, nothing hurt. Ive just finished my first bottle, and looking back, even the weakness is gone now. I walked ten miles with my fiancee last week, albeit punctuated by frequent sitting breaks. About 2/3 of the way through, I felt some mild pain flaring up in my knees, and in ten minutes of rest I was ready to get back up and keep going. Got home, went to bed, woke up, I could still walk just fine. Starting my second bottle now-- no more pain, and now the weakness is gone too. Its AMAZING the difference this makes! I havent tried it by itself, but man, if it doesnt seem to be doing enough by itself then try it with some curcumin or turmeric!
