> 3 dayWow! Why did this go up 10$ in two months? I’ve bought this for the last 8 years and love it but with the price increase I’ll need to find another brand.

> 3 dayDue to some health issues I have with my leaky gut and adrenal glands, Ive got HORRIBLE allergies. The kind that never ease up. Ive got multiple chemical sensitivities, as well. While Im working on detoxing my body/liver, I wanted to find something natural I could take for my allergies. Ive been using a lot of Benedryl and that probably isnt helping my liver detox in any way. It was recommended to me to try quercetin and to take it with vitamin C, as that enhances the bioavailability of the product. I started taking quercetin roughly 3 months ago. Since I didnt notice any change, I stopped taking it after a few weeks. Awhile later, I realized I had only been taking it sporadically, so it probably was not present in sufficient quantity to help my allergies. Its supposed to stabilize the cell membranes of mast cells, which release histamine in an allergic response cascade. I started using it again, consistently this time. To my delight, within just a few days, I noticed a difference. I didnt feel as fatigued, and my sensitivity to chemical smells was much, much better. As a result, my body felt less fatigued and run down. I really like this stuff and plan on using it for a long time. I use more than the recommended dosage (I take 2-3 capsules two or three times a day, depending on how Im feeling that day), but Ive got some pretty chronic health issues Im working on resolving. This stuff is absolutely aiding in my recovery, and Im really glad I found it. Ive tried a few brands of quercetin, and they all work fine for me. But I like the price of NOW products, and Ive always felt this is a decent brand.

> 3 dayLast November, I went on a 2 week vacation to Tahiti and the Society Islands. Prior to vacation, I had planned on using the vacation to quit vaping ... I figured two weeks of distractions would help me get off the vapes easier, than quitting while I was home. It worked like a charm but while on vacation, I got a productive cough that was pretty persistent. It wasnt that I was sick or anything... I was just easily coughing up lung stuff and it sounded as though I was contagious with something. I got a nasty cold when I got home from vacation and the cough had not had a chance of going away. Not too long after I got over the cold, I got a mile case of the flu and still the cough had not had a chance of getting any better. Fast forward to March I still have the cough. It was most prevalent in the mornings after I get up, and while Im at the gym (I think theres something in the air at the gym that sets it off). Plus, I have allergies and we were getting into allergy season so I chalked it up to that too, but I was taking allergy meds daily and still having the issue. I dont remember where I read it on the Internet, but apparently I figured my cough might due to some sort of inflammation I was experiencing. Then, I connected inflammation with Bromelain and then Quercetin and BANG, I was looking on Amazon for a supplement to help with this condition (I like to give supplements shot before taking OTC meds for too long). Anyway, I ordered this supplement and have been taking it twice a day for about a week, and my cough is all but gone. Yes its still there ... but nothing like it was before, Im happy because its having a positive effect, and now I dont sound like Im giving everyone at the gym a cold. IM DEFINITELY GOING TO MENTION THIS TO MY DOCTOR... to see if theres something more to this; something more serious going on other than a simple irritation. But at least the cough is a lot better than before. OH!... and the stiffness in my hands is noticeably less than before I started taking this as well. DEFINITELY WORTH A SHOT.

> 3 dayI have chronic sinusitis issues and have nearly a constant clog in one nostril. I have tried about everything to help with the issue, including sprays, over the counter meds, and prescription meds. I use a Neti-pot on a regular basis as well to get relief. My doctor suggested that I also take a daily Querecetin tablet to help with the constant inflammation my sinuses have. This by no means is a panacea for my issues. The tablets do help some though and they are part of a regimen that included the oral irrigation that I do on a regular basis to help. I did notice a difference though when I ran out of these and had to wait a couple weeks to get sent to me. So, these tablets do give some limited relief and help with inflammation slightly. I do think these are a also a little pricy per bottle. 3 stars
