This is one of those products I needed to find about 20 years ago, but finally found about a year ago! In the spring time, I have always had allergies plug up my sinuses, leaving me unable to breath well, unable to smell anything, and sounding like I have a perpetual cold. When taking this Quercetin w/Bromelain in addition to allergy Meds., I get far less inflammation of my sinuses (and adenoids?), allowing me to breath through my nose again. I imagined that this miracle supplement should be taken for help during the fall (mold allergies) allergy season, but that proved to worsen the sinus dryness and pain, reminding me that sinuses drain to keep your nose moist inside, and to flush out little foreign particles that shouldnt be there. If I force the sinuses open, things can get in that will only cause unwanted infection! The moral: Its great stuff for opening up your sinuses during the right times, but like anything else, can be misused if not considered wisely.

I actually bought this for my pup! After doing a little research to find out what I could give him for the itching, scratching & chewing (he has allergies to grass) I came across several articles that said quercetin was an all natural anti-inflammatory & with bromelain it would be more effective, so I looked for some specifically for dogs and I couldnt find one that didnt cost an arm & a leg or a small bottle that barley lasted a month. So I went and googled the best brand & this one came up, went out on a limb and bought it... Hes about 70lbs so I give him 2 pills and day and it has help tremendously! He does still have some scratching but NO where near what it was! He FINALLY has some relief with out costing me a fortune and with out all those harmful drugs, praise the Lord! I have told and recommended this to several people.

Due to some health issues I have with my leaky gut and adrenal glands, Ive got HORRIBLE allergies. The kind that never ease up. Ive got multiple chemical sensitivities, as well. While Im working on detoxing my body/liver, I wanted to find something natural I could take for my allergies. Ive been using a lot of Benedryl and that probably isnt helping my liver detox in any way. It was recommended to me to try quercetin and to take it with vitamin C, as that enhances the bioavailability of the product. I started taking quercetin roughly 3 months ago. Since I didnt notice any change, I stopped taking it after a few weeks. Awhile later, I realized I had only been taking it sporadically, so it probably was not present in sufficient quantity to help my allergies. Its supposed to stabilize the cell membranes of mast cells, which release histamine in an allergic response cascade. I started using it again, consistently this time. To my delight, within just a few days, I noticed a difference. I didnt feel as fatigued, and my sensitivity to chemical smells was much, much better. As a result, my body felt less fatigued and run down. I really like this stuff and plan on using it for a long time. I use more than the recommended dosage (I take 2-3 capsules two or three times a day, depending on how Im feeling that day), but Ive got some pretty chronic health issues Im working on resolving. This stuff is absolutely aiding in my recovery, and Im really glad I found it. Ive tried a few brands of quercetin, and they all work fine for me. But I like the price of NOW products, and Ive always felt this is a decent brand.

I have IC and I have tried so many supplements for my symptoms. I started this recently with other supplements I take and … I think it’s helping like I haven’t had relief like this before. I hope it continues to help
