I like the Now brand, it gives me energy and overall good feeling through the day.

This B-50 by Now has help me greatly with nerve and hormone problems to regulate them without prescription medication and I fell much, much better than I have most all of my life taking it regularly.

Now vitamins are my go to, the b50 mix is complete absorbed by my body!

Have purchased and preferred Now Foods products for decades. Bought in lieu of smaller size jar, which I had been ordering. Was shocked when I opened jar to be hit with STRONG FISHY ODOR --- not the expected B Complex smell. Called NOW CS to report what I believe is a serious issue on several levels. And let me say, without going into detail, that response I got was inappropriate, irresponsible and unacceptable! They have terminated my customer loyalty!

Switched to Now Foods brand B-50 from another for price considerations plus the fact that Ive been very happy with the quality of all Now Brand vitamins Ive purchased through Amazon Prime.

I had been taking a B-50 vitamin by another company and I was just feeling awful. My digestion was terrible, I was suffering with fluid retention and my hair felt like straw. And then I finally noticed that my urine did not have that B vitamin bright yellow color to it and I knew my body wasnt getting any B vitamins. So I switched to this wonderful company and now I feel amazing. My digestion is back to normal, I am no longer suffering with fluid retention, my hair is getting healthy again, my memory is better and my energy level is back. I have now switched all my vitamins to Now Foods and I couldnt be happier. I only wish that I knew about this wonderful company sooner. Included a photo to show the freshness of these vitamins.

B vitamins helped change my bad dreams into good dreams fast. I take B vitamins earlier in the day so they dont keep me awake with the energy they give. B vitamins are water soluble so when I drink too much tea I may rinse them out of my body and get the bad dream again and hang nails. Taking B vitamins helps. I take this dose since I may want to take more later...spread it out throughout the day.

I take this product everyday. I have never had any problem with it. I would highly recommend.

Recommend this product over several b-complex products that Ive tried in the past.
