seem to be working fine....easy to swallow...would prefer it to have methylcobalamin b12 instead of the cyanocobalamin form.

A nutritionist friend of mine who also owns a vitamin store only sells this brand and another which I won’t mention. He said because FDA does not control the supplements i. USA, you can’t trust what it out there for quality. He recommended this brand of supplements because they are independently tested for quality and strength. My husband and I take one a day and we also give one a day to our dogs too.

good merchant - prompt delivery. I have taken B-50 for my entire adult life. I am an E.R. Doctor. B-50 is essential for red blood cell production in the body.

Strange concept for a B Vitamin with providing 50mg of each B vitamin. 50mg of B6? That is too much and can cause issues like nerve damage. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Not as effective as the vitamin shoppe brand and if you take 5 capsules, they cause you to run to the bathroom whereas the vitamin shoppe brand never did that to me.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight Chronic Fatigue EVERY DAY with this monster! With a low Vitamin D deficiency, I need all the help I can get and have found a couple of natural vitamins have helped but this B50 is awesome! I generally take it mid morning and it helps me stay focused and alert till mid afternoon with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with a chronic illness!
