With a genetic predisposition for anxiety, I have always struggled with anxiety. However, after moving from the southern US, the anxiety I suffered became debilitating. Not until I had numerous doctors visits and complained that I felt like something was very, very wrong, and that I felt I was falling apart (uncharacteristic for a motivated individual like myself) did they test me for a smorgasbord of things. The only test that came back abnormal was vit D. My total combined level was less than 25, and I was put on 5,000 IU every day for a month. This helped amazingly! Have been using these D3 supplements for a couple years now. My blood work from the Dr. verifies they work well. I went from being VERY deficient to optimal levels. Now i take 2 pills daily as maintenance. Youd be surprised what a vit D deficiency does to your system. Mental fog, lethary, confusion, depression, disorientation in the most severe cases. Pretty much anyone who doesnt work outside for a living should be supplementing with this. Vit D is also very fat soluble so anyone whos overweight should pretty much take 10k IU daily. Theres an excellent joe rogan podcast where they discuss the importance of D supplementation and how critical this is in modern life. Easy to take

I bought these vitamins to help heal and promote bone strength after a dental implant. My dentist was amazed at my quick healing far ahead of the curve he expected. I also feel good knowing Im getting additional Vitamin D especially during the cabin fever days were having here in New England this winter. Its a long time to be indoors without exposure to natural sunlight - the ideal way of getting Vitamin D naturally. I like knowing my levels are being maintained as evidenced by blood work which used to show a deficit of Vitamin D - an important defense against disease.

I used to take 2,000 iu per day of Vitamin D. I had my blood tested after several months and the levels were still well below the ideal range. I started taking these and incredibly, although better than before, still a bit short of that ideal range. I now alternate between 1 and 2 of these pills per days, so averaging 7500 iu per day. Will have my blood tested again in a few months. I dont get much sun, so that of course has something to do with it.

Easy to swallow small softgels. I haven’t gotten my blood drawn yet but feel better physically. Recommend this brand.
