> 3 dayI originally gave a 2-star rating stating it was slowing down the activation of my mouse and keyboard when i brought my system out of sleep. The number and caps indicator lights werent working. Turns out it was my new 4K monitor refresh rate. For that, I apologize and have modified my rating and comments accordingly. This is a nice inexpensive backlit keyboard. I like the feel and action of the keys, and it takes up a small footprint on my limited desktop. My only gripe is that the lighting is very dim at the top of the keyboard where the function keys reside. Especially on the left quadrant (ESC F1 through F4). But for $10 I can live with it.

> 3 day“Daddy, why is my sister named Rose?” “Because your mom loves roses.” “Thanks Dad.” “No problem, NPET K10 Gaming Keyboard USB Wired Floating Keyboard, Quiet Ergonomic Water-Resistant Mechanical Feeling Keyboard, Ultra-Slim Rainbow LED Backlit Keyboard for Desktop, Computer, PC, White.” “Daddy why is my name so long?” Anyways, yes, I love this keyboard, but I will not be naming my child after it. Or a rose. - The LEDs are static, so they don’t cycle through colors, but there are three options, and I actually like the static option. My mouse LEDs cycle, and it’s kinda distracting. - It’s not really ergonomic or slim, but it’s not huge and bulky. The keys are larger and farther apart than I would’ve liked, but I’ve been using a small laptop for years, so I’m growing accustomed to the larger size. - On that note, the keys are REALLY loud. It’s almost impossible to type without letting the whole building know you’re finishing a paper the night it’s due. I’d take off a half star if I could, but I’m generous, so I rounded up. - Because the keys are so far apart, stuff gets under the keys easily, and the base of each key is raised, so it’s hard to blow debris out. There is a thingy included that I think you use to take the keys out to clean, but I lost it the day I got it. - I’ve seen several reviews that say the white part of the keys rub off within weeks, but I’ve had this for almost three months and I see no wear at all. Edit: Two and a half years later, and the white still hasn’t rubbed off even a little bit

> 3 dayThis keyboard has a good feel when I type, and Im sure Ill appreciate the spill-proof feature, but Im disappointed in how dim the lighting of the letters and numbers are on the keycaps. (Yes, Ive run the brightness up to full.) Im a touch typist, but there are many times when I need to look at the keys, specifically the numbers. I wish the keycap lettering were more distinct. The lighting is very bright _around_ the keys.

> 3 dayThe keyboard functioned nicely while youre typing on it, but after 5 minutes of no activitythe lights shut off, and you have to re awaken it by typing again. This may not bother some people, but I like the lights to stay on as long as the computer is on. Just a heads up!
