> 3 dayVery good but the end caps are plastic so they aren’t very durable but overall good.

Greater than one weekThese are nice soft grippy hand grips. I have big hands and these seem to be a great fit for me. When reading the reviews, some people complained that these were shipped with missing parts. The packaging was a bit odd, and I thought I was missing things. Once I carefully unpacked everything, I was able to find all the parts, but I can see that some people would think parts were missing. For example, the end caps are nested in to two of the locking rings, so if you do not take a good look, you think they are each one piece and that you are missing two locking rings.

> 3 dayUse: MTN Biking Experience level: Advanced The increased diameter of these grips was just what I needed to spread pressure out on my hands to stop the soreness and numbness I was getting with my thinner ODI grips. The grip and feel were excellent. Nothing to distract you on really technical sections of trail. No slipping. If you are having problems with sore and/or numb hands or just like a chunkier grip and need something for high performance MTB riding, give these a try; They should improve your riding experience.

Greater than one weekThere were on my wish list for a long time since I didnt really need new grips. Going into the summer, I wanted to freshen up a bike a bit, and so these make it on there. If youve changed grips on bikes before, well these are nothing like that. For these, the end pieces just tighten down on the grip section. They are very easy and quick to install with only a small hex wrench. Im pretty sure taking the old foam grips off and cleaning the area took longer that installing these. The grips are somewhat soft, and have lots of grip. Ive ridden many miles with them with no gloves and they will make your hands a bit red if you ride for house with a death grip on them, but nothing too bad really.

Greater than one weekThe grips feel very well built, nice and firm with a lot to grip on. The installation part is a bit annoint, trying to get the lockons to fit the grip ends, also it appears that the lockons are pressed all the way to the grip (meaning theres a small, 2mm gap between the lockon and the grip). Very good value!

> 3 dayI put some RaceFace carbon bars on my bike which are stiff, light, durable and great looking - but really unforgiving. They beat my hands up. I added these grips for a little extra cush- and voila - problem solved. So far they are comfy and durable and were a breeze to install. Ive gotten a ton of riding in on them in insanely hot and humid weather. I do wear thin gloves, and they have been perfect.

> 3 dayI have been running these grips on all of my mountain bikes for a few years now. They have been the most comfortable grip Ive found for me - as I have larger hands, and most grips dont have the diameter of these. They are also soft and grippy rubber, which takes the little vibrations away quite well. Grippy enough for barehand use, and downright fully tacked down with a proper pair of gloves. They also have multiple color locks available to customize to your bike, so thats an added bonus. Give em a shot if you have problems finding thick grips for your bear paws!

Greater than one weekI bought these grips for my fiancée, who broke her hand awhile back and needed a bit of a softer, larger grip. The grip is a bit larger than some of the thin ones, like stock Bontragers or ODI Ruffians, but thinner than Oury grips. The rubber is also a bit tacky (but not sticky), so it grips really securely and nicely to the hand, but the grip is not mushy. Lock-On grips are the only way to go on for serious mountain biking, as they dont twist around or work their way off the bars. This bonus pack comes with two grips, two sets of clamps (four clamps), two sets of screws (four screws, hidden in one of the grips), and two bar plugs that get popped into the outside clamp and locked on, not like the shoddy ones that insert into the bar tube. The clamps come loose and are a bit hard to get on the grip itself; I used a soft mallet and gently tapped them on one at a time, with the grip vertical on a soft mat. The clamps are the same for the inside and outside of the grip. Mount the clamps onto the grips first, then put a cap on one side of each, and then slide them onto the bars. Position the grips and then screw the clamp down, taking care not to over-torque the screws. The clamping action is pretty strong, and you shouldnt need to torque down hard to make them tight enough not to slip. ODI grips are made in the USA. My fiancée and I ride cross country and enduro/all mountain. We have Titus Xs. I also bought the ODI Ruffians, a thinner grip, for my bike and love them.
