> 3 dayIve been using these they are comfortable, gel like feeling but without the gel. I enjoy it. One thing I dislike from this is the bolts, I wish they came with better bolts that dont strip. I looked away for one sec the L wrench was off angle and messed up the inside of the bolt so when I when to thighten it completely stripped. Kinda disappointing. Other than that great grips.

> 3 dayI bought these grips for my fiancée, who broke her hand awhile back and needed a bit of a softer, larger grip. The grip is a bit larger than some of the thin ones, like stock Bontragers or ODI Ruffians, but thinner than Oury grips. The rubber is also a bit tacky (but not sticky), so it grips really securely and nicely to the hand, but the grip is not mushy. Lock-On grips are the only way to go on for serious mountain biking, as they dont twist around or work their way off the bars. This bonus pack comes with two grips, two sets of clamps (four clamps), two sets of screws (four screws, hidden in one of the grips), and two bar plugs that get popped into the outside clamp and locked on, not like the shoddy ones that insert into the bar tube. The clamps come loose and are a bit hard to get on the grip itself; I used a soft mallet and gently tapped them on one at a time, with the grip vertical on a soft mat. The clamps are the same for the inside and outside of the grip. Mount the clamps onto the grips first, then put a cap on one side of each, and then slide them onto the bars. Position the grips and then screw the clamp down, taking care not to over-torque the screws. The clamping action is pretty strong, and you shouldnt need to torque down hard to make them tight enough not to slip. ODI grips are made in the USA. My fiancée and I ride cross country and enduro/all mountain. We have Titus Xs. I also bought the ODI Ruffians, a thinner grip, for my bike and love them.

> 3 dayVery good but the end caps are plastic so they aren’t very durable but overall good.

> 3 dayThese are excellent grips! I had been using the ODI Troy Lee grips for a long time, and wanted something with a little more give. I do a lot of downhill riding, and the little bit of extra padding in these definitely makes a difference. Theyre very comfortable for long days on the trail, and have a decent amount of grip when your hands get wet or sweaty. Im knocking off a star because the colored lock collar racket is a total price gouge. ODI knows that we cyclists are suckers for anything anodized, and the fact that a set of replacement locking collars in a different color is almost as much (if not more) than the cost of this entire set is an obvious cash grab. (I, of course, bought right into it anyway, because Im one of those suckers and you probably are too...)

Greater than one weekI bought these grips after experiencing a lot of numbness and discomfort, even on short rides, with my new mountain bike. I switched from an XC bike to a trail bike, and I think the geometry has me putting a lot more weight on my wrists and hands, which causes them to go numb and be painful after a couple miles. At first I was disappointed because these grips didnt really seem to fix the problem for me. I had already tried a few different grips, so I just assumed numb hands would be part of the game now and gave up and left these on the bike. Fast forward a few months with some heavy riding and I can tell these grips are much softer than when they arrived. It was difficult to compress them when they were new, but now they squish and move a lot more - in a good way! I wasnt aware there was a break in period for grips, but these seemed to take a couple months to soften up, and now I really like them. I can also tell a huge difference between these and the thinner XR Trail Comp grips I was using before. The pain and numbness hasnt gone away completely, but it doesnt interfere with my riding anymore, and I suppose thats all I can ask for. I would recommend these grips for those who experience pain or numbness in their wrists/hands when riding, those who have larger hands, or those who just want a chunkier grip that grabs onto their riding gloves. However, give these grips a couple months to soften up. Once they do I think youll be very pleased.

> 3 dayIve put in a few rides on these grips and man are they comfortable! They are very plush but not to the point you lose any feel of what the bike is doing beneath you. You could definitely use these grips without gloves and still feel comfortable. I especially like the grippiness of the material theyre made of, its confidence inducing. Also, They are thicker than the stock grips on my 2018 Trance 2 and to me thats a good thing. Not that the stock grips were bad but these definitely feel better on my average sized hands. I only gave three stars to the durability category because Ive only had them for a few weeks. We will see how long they last but you cant go wrong with ODI. The one thing that irks me about these dual locking ring grips is that one screw of one locking ring faces away from the rider and the other faces towards the rider. It really sets off my OCD!! Lol Other than that small, maybe insignificant to others, nuisance these grips are excellent. Update: I had my front wheel washout on me at 20+ mph, handlebar crashed into the ground and the end cap on the grip stayed in place. There was only minor scratching on the locking ring. Looks like these grips and its components are made to last.

> 3 dayBest grips ever! I have been using these for many years and wouldnt use anything else. They never move and give superior grip on the most aggressive downhill
