Good product, comfortable and perfect for kayaks with a back rest. Price is very reasonable and quality is just as good as PFDs costing 40-50 dollars more.

We went kayaking today. These life jackets were great (I bought 2 of them bc they were the best price for similar product. I didnt get hot, there was a place for my keys, and it wasnt cumbersome at all!

These are very bulky and you float very odd m. You need to swim which is impossiable with these vest.

I had a Type I life preserver, but it was so big, it caught in the rigging of the sailboat. The instructor told me before we boarded that it was too big, and he was right. The next class I changed to this PFD Type III, and it worked much better. Lower profile, lighter, less bulky. It was so much better I wore it for the rest of the course.

Very good value for $, and yes, it’s Transport Canada approved.
