Fits perfect! Im a 511, 215lb woman with 40 DD, and a 35 waist. I got the XL-2XL, and it zips up over the ladies just fine (my biggest problem with life vests, as other well endowed women can understand). There is room to spare as well, as I had to tighten down the straps, but too much, as I wouldnt change the size. My brother is 64, 240lbs, and it fits him comfortably as well. I havent used it on the lake just yet since its still way too cold here in Utah, but Ill come back and add to my review after Ive done a few miles in the kayak.

Great vest like other have said BUT be careful what size you ordered. I didnt understand on of the reviewers saying that this vest is for experience paddler since the fit of the vest was not perfect (i.e. it may slip off if you fall into the water) Well I think thats a problem for advance or beginner paddlers! So the first size I ordered had this problem. I measured myself and according to the size chart I needed a M/L. I found it looked awkward on and loose even when I have fully tightened the straps. I decided to get the Small and everything fit great after that! It doesnt feel bulky and freedom of movement is excellent. I use it for paddle boarding. I even have used it to go tubing and it keeps me afloat even when Im thrown off the tube at high speeds! Overall great vest BUT keep in mind to go smaller if you are on the slim slide - for reference Im 511 160lb and the small is perfect for me.

I had a lot of life jackets that are cheaper than this one, and their experience is better than this

Love the way this life jacket fits! Adjustable in all the right places with plenty of room for rowing range of motion. I like that it has a mostly mesh back to make it even less noticeable on the water. Highly recommend and at an excellent price point!! The whistle is also a nice added bonus.
