Onyx MoveVent Dynamic Paddle Sports CGA Life Vest

The jacket is great, very easy to adjust to almost any body type. Great for mobility. I first rated this as a 1 star because it was ordered in late April and was to be delivered the first week of May. Our fantastic USPS, who was the carrier, delivered the package to my home town USPS, then sent it back to the previous city all within one day. It sat at that USPS center for almost 10 days before finally being sent back to my local USPS and was finally delivered, 15 days late. I now rate this a 5 because the date the jacket was supposed to be delivered, the retailer sent me a message understanding that it was lost with the USPS, and they would send another jacket 2nd day air via UPS. It was delivered in that two day period. Great customer support, pretty nice jacket. I will be sending the second jacket back to the retailer as I really appreciate their quality customer service.

It was delivered timely and exactly as advertised, the jacket fits perfectly... I cant wait to get it on the water this spring!

Pick your PFD according to the size chart and you should be fine even if your between sizes like myself. The PFD quality is good but not great. Not sure how the PFD would hold up with daily use as the outer fabric seems very thin.

Bought various sizes of these for family to wear while kayaking. Fits my skinny 16 year old Son nicely and does not impede movement while rowing. They also clean up nicely after the trip too.

PFD is as advertised. For reference, Im generally a Small, sometimes Medium. 54, approx. 155lbs, 34B. I got a XS/S. Had to tighten it almost all the way since I prefer a close fit but it fit well. Id say my range of motion is above average. A bit annoying on the sides since it sticks out while paddleboarding and is still a bit bulky but this fits WAY better than most jackets. I like that it came with an informational booklet on different pfds, that was pretty neat to read. CG approved and an attached emergency whistle in the front pocket. That was a nice addition that I didnt notice itd come with since the CG requires SUPers to have a vest and whistle. Whistle is definitely on the cheaper end, but it works okay. And I dont usually go far out of the inlets or bay area so my whistle doesnt need a super long range haha!
