I use canoeing. The wide arm holes allow for paddling. Overall I am pleased with the product.

Fits beautifully and comfortably. I used the size chart provided. Excellent range of motion all around, I was so worried it was going to be too restrictive after trying some other sport models on at the local store.

Awesome paddle vest. Bought 1 for my wife too. For the price, worth it. Id buy it again, in fact, gonna get some for my kids too. People are always gonna grumble about something but u get what u pay for. This vest is an exception. Good for high back kayak seats. A bit bulky but its still a good vest. Buy it.

Love the freedom of movement in this vest. It doesnt even feel like I have one on. Its very light. Im 57 135# woman & the small fits great, with strap to spare. Not sure how it would perform in white water, but I wont be finding that out!

This is a great vest. Lots of places to attach things that you dont want to lose in the water. I bought this for my girlfriend who is a size 0. The XS fits her great.
