> 3 dayWe ordered this projector in January. It was great for our home theater. Once, back in February we had it stop working and two red lights flashing. Called the company they walked us through a quick fix. Unfortunately, this past week it stopped working again and the two red lights are back. We called the company, quick fix did not work! Now we are stuck and it doesnt look like the warranty covers it. Bummed because we really loved this projector and it was pricey.

> 3 dayI originally bought this projector back in 2017. Over 4 years I had to replace the bulb for this projector every 6 to 12 months. So I had to pay for 5 bulbs. In May 2021 the color wheel failed. I tried to replace it myself but soon gave up. After giving up on the older projector I decided to buy the same projector, because I was happy with the quality of the picture. Unfortunately, this November 2021 the bulb once again burnt out. The good news is that I bought a warranty this time around and was able to utilize the warranty. The Optoma warranty for the bulb only lasts 90 days. With the other warranty I am in the process of shipping the projector to them so they can replace the bulb. The bad news is that I have to take the projector down from the ceiling, ship it, wait up to 10 days for it to be fixed and then put it back up on the ceiling. The hassle of having a projector is becoming too much I will not every buy a projector again. The TV might be smaller and a little more expensive but the hassle of a projector is not worth it.

Greater than one weekThis is a major upgrade for me. I had another older optoma that still works great but I wanted to upgrade to 1080p and this short throw is the way to go. I highly recommend this projector.

> 3 dayFirst projector for me and my family! Ordered projector screen as well silver ticket a must have! Right out the box plus and play this thing looks amazing. We have a movie room no windows dark matte paint and this thing lights the room up with HQ quality. Pair a decent soundbar and sub and you have a budget home theatre. 4 feet 100 inches impressive!

> 3 dayCouldve been great. The best thing about this projector is the short throw. Without paying over $1500, it can be beat with the connectivity that it has. What sucks the most is that it is not 4K. The 4K HDR support it speaks of is the ability to downscale. In addition, this does not support eARC nor does it have an optical port. If these things arent important to you this projector is perfect.

> 3 dayArrived not working, Constant flickering on power up. Continuous flickering with nothing attached to HDMI. Horrible support from Optoma manufacturer and Amazon Services. Terrible service on both ends. Stay away.
