> 3 dayBought this projector lamp went out a month later. Had the projector replaced a year later projector will not stay on after about a minute. Tech support tell you to send the projector back for repair at your expense shipping and all. This is poorly made waste of money. Had a BenQ for years never had this problem, projector still works with the first lamp.

> 3 dayWe had the Optoma HD71 and upgraded to this one. What a difference. We use an Xbox to run all our streaming serves, and Blurays, so everything is in 4k on an 100 inch screen. Great picture quality. Well worth the money, we will use this for years to come.

> 3 dayIt was a great projector for the 37 days it lasted. The bulb blew out in the middle of a game. It’s rated for 10,000 hrs I think. We haven’t even had it for anywhere near that long. Contacted Amazon support and they won’t do anything because it’s 7 days outside the return window. $800 for 37 days of use, and now we have to deal with the hassle of a manufacturer warranty claim. My advice to all of you, pick another brand that is more durable, and buy from a local shop that will stand behind their products with good service. Wish we had done that.

> 3 dayOk first things first, I get my delivery, open the box after a few days, looks like a new machine, but I dont have a lens cover, I thought that was a standard piece of the projector to cover the lens when not in use. Now lets get to the projector. The Hd39HDR Optima Projector. Like I said Im a new projector owner, I have always dreamed of having a setup like this at home since this is what I really like doing. Right now Im watching the Nets vs. the Hawks on my 92 inch Elite screen. But lets get back to taking it out of the box and sitting it on a table in my basement turning it on and being amazed by the picture it showed on my wall (white walls). The picture is sharp and bright. I have a basement that has a backyard patio door, lots of light in here, but yet I can still watch during daytime hours, so I guess that means it has bright picture, the picture was sharp on the wall before I put the screen up. Havent had a chance to mount it yet so its still sitting on the table and with the screen the picture is even better. But this machine is not 4k, but it does give you a nice HDR picture. So far I really like this projector. Ill let you know how it goes with mounting it to the ceiling. But I still have to ask where is my lens cap?

> 3 dayVery easy to hook up. I have not played with settings. Took it out of box and used IPad and external speaker for setup. I would suggest if you are going to to use your iPhone or iPad, purchase a HDMI to lightening cable.

Greater than one weekThere are some scratches on the lens. The shape of a video is funnel-shaped and cannot be rectangle-shaped. The Keystone correction cannot change funnel-shaped to rectangle-shaped. Keystone correction cannot make funnel-shaped to rectangle-shaped. The projected image is unbalanced.
