I bought these for a trip to Israel and Spain, which should have the same outlets. The apartments I stayed at in Israel had outlets that were too small for this adpater. I fortunately had a few older 2 prong adapters that fit in that building. In Spain, these worked great, but so did my other adpaters that had worked in Israel. So the diameter of those prongs could be a problem in some settings. But I like the 3 prong adapter particularly for my laptop.

These appear to be very well-made and solid. Functionality is rarely an issue with plug adapters, but durability is. I have found over the years that the smaller 2-prong to 2-prong adapters with no grounding are not very durable and eventually crack or the metal prongs split/bend or the interior parts stop making good contact. Although I cannot inspect the insides, these Schucko adapters (3-prong to 2-prong + ground) look like they will last forever and the prongs seem to be of high quality, so I have faith that the interior contact will also be of high quality.

Works as intended, but doesn’t control the wattage and my expensive blow dryer burned out the second I turned it on, as did my sister’s blender. Also hard to get in and out of European sockets.

Work just as needed

came back from a europe trip. the adapters both worked as advertised. only used on small electronics such as cell phones, laptops, cant speak for high capacity items.

These did not work in Italy.

I took these along on a recent trip to Germany. They worked just as expected, thanks to modern chargers and AC adapters that are tolerant to the higher voltage in Europe. The Innkeepers offered to purchase them from me for other guests, so I got a little discount off my bill, too :)

These were supposed to fit standard Italian wall sockets, but they were hit and miss. Would not fit in half the places we stayed. I would have been in trouble had this been the only adaptor that it took.

Satisfies.
