> 3 dayI didnt buy it for whitening, and I cant say that Ive really noticed a change in that respect. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it tastes, and that it has done a great job in managing my bleeding gums. It was recommended by my dentist for this reason, and Ill have to say its done a great job.

> 3 dayThis is the best toothpaste to stop bleeding gums. Even though it has whitening it will still give you light yellowish shade. I use Crest 3d white in the morning which keep my teeth bright and white and Parodontax in the night to keep my teeth from bleeding.
