I didnt buy it for whitening, and I cant say that Ive really noticed a change in that respect. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it tastes, and that it has done a great job in managing my bleeding gums. It was recommended by my dentist for this reason, and Ill have to say its done a great job.

My dentist recommended this product to prevent bleeding gums. My follow up appointment showed marked improvement.
