> 3 dayI bought this product to help my gums inside the cheeks of my mouth including my tongue. My gums were incredibly tight and my tongue was on fire. It hurt to eat foods lightly spicy, like with pepper. I felt like my tongue was on fire. After some use my gums became less and less tight and no longer have to deal with it including my tongue, it feels much better and has come back to normal. I will recommend this toothpaste highly.

> 3 dayWith sodium fluoride this toothpaste by GSK is touted to reduce plaque and aid in gum healthy. I’ve just started using it and I like it. It has a nice minty taste and my teeth and gums feel clean after use. Time will tell if it reduces plaque buildup as I get feedback from my dental hygienist. So far, so good.
