My husband an I took a trip to Utah this winter and brought along our two cats (we did buy two separate ones, one pink and one grey); it was a 6 hour flight on American Airlines (including their baby jet American eagle). Surprisingly enough, the carriers worked well under the seats of both planes. The most difficult part was maneuvering them between the plane floor and chair seats but after that, they slid in easily. As for the carriers themselves, I was delighted to see that they were bigger in person and of great quality. During the entire trip we had no issues with zippers failing, rips, tears, handle breaks, or anything. I know the carrier says its not rated for too heavy of cats but one of our babies is 20 Ibs (trust me, weight loss for cats is no easier than it is for people lol) and she did amazing in it! She was able to move around comfortably and had plenty of space in there overall. If your taking a trip, or even if its just for a vet visit, I would highly recommend these carriers!

Havent had to use this carrier yet, but am impressed with how sturdy and well made it is. Very happy with my purchase.

I mostly like this. It seems sturdy, although I havent had it very long. I like that its top load, which actually makes it possible to get my skittish cat in it. The only thing I really dont like is that its too small. I have one 5 month old and one older but very small 7 lb cat. I dont like that they cant stand up in it, and its just barely big enough for them to turn around. They cant turn around without pushing the sides. Thankfully its soft sided. I would give it 5 stars if it was bigger.

Our cat loves this! I was very concerned when it referred to it as “medium” because I wasn’t sure what that meant in cat sizes - I haven’t had a cat in years. I definitely knew our Sadie is tiny and maybe would grow to fit it; she is 5 pounds and this carrier gives her room to treat it like a crate, move around etc. She’s not cramped at all but I can see a cat that might be a little bit bigger would feel like it’s more of a carrying case than an escape domain. It does fall flat and I love that about it but in order to keep it sturdy one certain parts are unzipped, you have to definitely keep the non-meshed parts of it zipped shut. I actually ran the seatbelt through parts of it and it was completely stable in the car. The inside liner is absolutely a very thick, plush liner that helps keep the carrier stable and solid. When everything is unzipped it might seem flimsy but if you choose how you unzip it it is actually an awesome carrier and I’m so happy about the purchase! I chose green and it’s kind of a mint/sage sort of green which I very much like. I haven’t washed it yet but it is a very sturdy canvas that looks like it’s easily wipeable and I’ve already used my Cricut to embellish it with iron-on letters that impressed my vet very much! :)

At the time that I ordered this the description read the size as XL but it has been updated to Medium. Medium is the correct size so my review is based on the product design. The construction is well made and sturdy. The simple design makes it look high end. The straps are wide and sit comfortably on my shoulders without too much slippage. The material is heavy duty. I’ve washed it on gentle cycle no fabric softener and it still look brand new. Fits my medium size tabby well.

Because of the different openings it is easier to get the cat in. Because the top opens, it is easy for the vet to give to cat a shot while it is still in the carrier.

The support in the bottom keeps a stable surface for my kitties to be on. The structured top keeps it from sagging in on their heads. Well made. Sturdy straps.

Great for trips to vet or car outings. Would recommend for cat no heavier than 12 pounds

My boss had a carrier like this and I had just got a new kitten so I wanted a pink one because my kitten was a girl and it is so nice and on the inside the bottom is very fluffy its very comfortable I still put a blanket in there for my kitten but its very nice
