My baby is around 8 months old, we had a hard plastic one but getting her in was a nightmare. I like the color and 2 openings on this one. I think she’s done growing but this still has room for her to turn around. Still hard to get her in because she is an anxious little cat but once she was in she was calm and quiet.

The size of this carrier was perfect, however, he has now pushed the zipper side open several times. The whole zipper going around the door opens. (He is not unzipping it.) Our dog weighs 8 pounds, so he is the appropriate size for the carrier, however, if you have a dog or cat who might run away, I would not recommend it. We bought this to travel with about a month and a half ago, and our dog has pushed out the zippered side three separate times. :(

Great for trips to vet or car outings. Would recommend for cat no heavier than 12 pounds

A friend recommended this carrier to me and I’m glad I made the purchase before a recent trip to the vet. The carriers arrived the day before and I left them out and open for my two kittens to explore. They loved the plush floor pad. On the day of their vet visit it was way less stressful loading them in as opposed to my prior front loading hard shell carrier. The Easy Vet carrier offers front and top loading options and the mesh “windows” made it easy for me to keep an eye on them during the trip. I positioned the mesh windows so they could see one another which they loved. I also appreciated the fact that the cover for the floor pad can be unzipped for easy washing and that carrying options include both side straps and a shoulder strap. My super senior cat also stuck his head in the carrier to check it out.

Putting a cat into any carrier is difficult as cats dont like to travel in a car generally, at least in my years of experience with several cats. When the carrier comes out, a cat KNOWS to leave the area, and he/she does quickly, but I have found that this carrier makes it a breeze to put a cat into it. This soft-sided carrier has room for a cat to move (turn around) and with a carpet-like mat, which appears to be comfortable, but best of all is the various entrances it has. It has four, count em, four, entrances/exits. One from the top, one on either end, and one on the side. Some of the entrances have mesh for breath-ability (air flow) and visitibility, but there is one that doesnt so that a cat who prefers not to look out can be accommodated as well. That one, by the way, has a small pocket on the outside. Our cat, for whom the carrier was purchased, weighs about 13 pounds and fits comfortably inside. We usually put him in through the top entrance as it seems to work better for all concerned. Even with him inside it, it is still easy to carry with the straps. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the short amount of time my husband and I have used it. Having said that, the fabric seems durable and cant imagine that we wont get years of use from it.

Perfect carrier for small dog or cat. We purchased it to take on an airplane and worked perfectly. Lots of mesh so our cat could see what was going on. Three different ways to unzip to remove or put your animal in the carrier. Love the back strap that you can put over the handles of your carry on to transport around airport. Great color. He liked laying on and in it before our trip.
