> 3 dayIf youre looking for a reference sound, these arent for you - try the AKG K702 or Beyerdynamic DT 770/990. If youre looking for a pair of headphones that are easy to drive (dont NEED an expensive amp) but sound fun, these are a great choice. I have several pairs of headphones - AKG K702, Hifiman HE400S, Audio Technica M50x and Sennheiser HD558 are my other wired sets. They all have strengths and weaknesses, but if all I want to do is sit at home in a quiet room and listen and enjoy music, these are my favourites. They are very forgiving even to lower quality recording/streams. Currently at £99.99 they are an absolute bargain. Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThese are great headphones for me. I am hard of hearing so I usually have the TV very loud. Now I can watch any show in comfort knowing I am the only one who hears what is being said. The rest of the household doesn’t have to ask me to turn it down or watch what they are watching. These headphones are also very comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone.

> 3 dayAcheté pour remplacer un Sennheiser HD 650, sur la foi des nombreux commentaires élogieux qui circulent sur la toile, je viens de faire de longs tests de ce casque avec tous les types de musique.

> 3 dayMaybe not the most technical, sharp, uber-detailed open headphones in this range (looking at you DT990s), but man they sounds so balanced and smooth and enjoyable. And Im not limited to using them solely with a mic amp (although I am anyway). I bought what was noted as the old version, but if youre wondering, this is not the version with the glued pads, so all good. Enjoy.

> 3 dayBought as a customer return and love them. It’s a good compliment to my Sennheiser HD58X. The X2HR have a more fun, V shaped signature with good highs, extended lows and airy and large soundstage than the HD58X, which are a little more accurate and controlled than the X2HR. I use the X2HR with a Little Bear amp when stationary because their bigger and heavier, and the HD58X when I need something more portable with my iBasso player.

> 3 dayThese are comfortable and I like them, but I based my decision to buy on the reviews, many of which prompted me to expect really outstanding things. With the benefit of hindsight, I allowed myself to build up too-high expectations and the result is that I feel slightly disappointed. I like them, but I dont love them - hence 4 stars, not 5.
