> 3 day1. Don’t download the wrong app that’s why it isn’t working for you. Download the Print Master App. 2. Use the 14x40 labels and you won’t have centering issues. 3. Make sure the labels are inserted correctly. Only complaints would be needing an account to save however you can use guest mode but it won’t save. Normally I don’t write reviews but this is a good product. Only other slight I would give it is that the device uses micro usb opposed to usb c. You can clear labels (people are also wrong on this). The app is a bit complex but once you get the hang of it there are no problems!

> 3 dayThis device is a neat idea and very handy, but it started malfunctioning about a month after I bought it. 1. The paper does not slide out smoothly, and letters are printed over each other (see photos). 2. When the letters are spaced out correctly, some of them still fail to print. 3. Occasionally entire letters are missing from the label. Considering Ive barely used it and its been less than two months, I dont recommend this product to anyone.

1.Download the app "Printer master" from apple store/google play
2.Open the app and choice the D30 Series Printer
3.connect the Bluetooth via "Printer master" app, not on the phone system
4.When install the paper, the printing side of the paper is face left
5.Before printing, please chose the right size for the printing paper on the app, the size of the label tape comes with is 12x40mm

As for Android： the App needs to turn on the phone"s GPS positioning function before connecting. Since the version of the android phone was updated to 10.0, Google has strengthened the user privacy policy, Google requires the user to open all permissions that need to be enabled before using the app.
The Ios Phone system doesn"t need this requirement.
Note 2. This label maker is Monochrome Printing Output, only black text. If you want to create color label artwork, require printing with color patterned label tapes.
