> 3 dayI have tried different labels, watched YouTube videos, read questions and answers…the labels always come out, at best, off center. Worst (most common) the printer prints with only half the label letters. Now, in addition to these errors, the labels come out with a white line through the letters or no letters at all. I’ve tried all the recommendations to have the label print print correctly. I can not find any help for the print head issue. This label printer is a huge waste of money. And, I bough additional paper rolls along with the printer.

Greater than one weekWow. What can I not see about this product. I bought it a couple weeks ago because I needed to print labels out around the house and for organization, I have been labeling anything and everything! The same company makes plenty of different patterns and shapes of stickers to keep you occupied and to spark your imagination. Definitely would buy a future product from this company! And to top it all off it barely weighs anything at all and you can have a sticker printer on you all the time if you wanted

Please note that:
1.Download the app "Printer master" from apple store/google play
2.Open the app and choice the D30 Series Printer
3.connect the Bluetooth via "Printer master" app, not on the phone system
4.When install the paper, the printing side of the paper is face left
5.Before printing, please chose the right size for the printing paper on the app, the size of the label tape comes with is 12x40mm

As for Android： the App needs to turn on the phone"s GPS positioning function before connecting. Since the version of the android phone was updated to 10.0, Google has strengthened the user privacy policy, Google requires the user to open all permissions that need to be enabled before using the app.
The Ios Phone system doesn"t need this requirement.
Note 2. This label maker is Monochrome Printing Output, only black text. If you want to create color label artwork, require printing with color patterned label tapes.
